Rental Terms/Rates:
We're open from May until
end of October and can accomodate up to 24 vacationers.
Minimum stay during July and August is 1 week, unless we have a
short-term vacancy.
Daily rates are from $100.00 per day in season and $70.00 per day off-season.

A 50% deposit is
required. Full balances are due by June 1.
Cancellation fees of $100.00
apply.
No
cancellations after May 1.
Sorry, no pets.
