General Information

Sunset Cabins on Damariscotta Lake- Jefferson, Maine. 6 housekeeping cabins accommodate up to 24 guests; perfect for reunions, also individual rentals.

We have a dock and mooring for your boat, or you may want to explore the lake in our canoe, lake kayaks or row boat. We have badminton and croquet available as well. Damariscotta Lake is a great spot for fishing!

To enhance your well-being and aid relaxation, we give lessons in yoga and meditation upon request, as well as reflexology treatments and paraffin wax treatments.

Rental Terms/Rates:

We're open from May until end of October and can accommodate up to 24 vacationers.
Minimum stay during July and August is 1 week, unless we have a short-term vacancy.
Daily rates are from $100.00 per day in season and $80.00 per day off-season.

Check in: Saturdays after 3:00 pm
Check out: Saturdays at 11:00 am

A 50% deposit is required.

Full balances are due by June 1.
Cancellation fees of $100.00 apply.
No cancellations after May 1.

Sorry, no pets. We do have kennels nearby.
